The 1PV2V4 series of Pilot Variable Vane Pumps utilize a vane mechanism to generate hydraulic pressure.

The vane mechanism consists of vanes that are held against an eccentric ring by springs. As the eccentric ring rotates, it causes the vanes to move in and out of the rotor slots, creating a pumping action.

One notable feature of these pumps is their variable displacement capability. This means that the displacement of the pump can be adjusted according to the system requirements, allowing for precise control of the hydraulic flow. This feature is particularly beneficial in applications where varying flow rates are needed, or where the load demand changes frequently.

The 1PV2V4-24, 1PV2V4-50, and 1PV2V4-23/50 models differ in terms of their displacement capacity. The numbers following the hyphen (-) indicate the maximum displacement in cubic centimeters per revolution (cc/rev). For instance, the 1PV2V4-24 has a maximum displacement of 24 cc/rev, the 1PV2V4-50 has a maximum displacement of 50 cc/rev, and the 1PV2V4-23/50 has a dual displacement range of 23 cc/rev to 50 cc/rev.

These pumps are designed to operate at high pressures, typically up to 210 bar (3050 psi).

They feature robust construction and high-quality materials to ensure durability and resistance to wear. The vane mechanism is designed to minimize friction and maximize efficiency, resulting in reduced energy consumption and improved overall system performance.

Furthermore, the 1PV2V4 series of pumps offer low noise levels during operation, thanks to their optimized design and advanced noise reduction techniques. This makes them suitable for applications where noise control is important, such as in indoor industrial environments or noise-sensitive areas.

These Pilot Variable Vane Pumps are also equipped with advanced control options. They can be integrated with various control systems, such as electronic control units (ECUs) or proportional valves, to achieve precise flow control and maintain system stability. This enables the pumps to adapt to changing system conditions and optimize performance.
