The PV7-10 and PV7-17 are both axial piston pumps that operate on the principle of reciprocating pistons.

They are designed to deliver hydraulic fluid at high pressure and are known for their efficiency and durability. The "PV" in their names stands for "Piston Variable," indicating their variable displacement feature, which allows for adjustable output flow rates.

Starting with the PV7-10, this pump has a maximum operating pressure of 280 bar (4,060 psi) and a maximum displacement of 10 cm³/rev. It is capable of delivering a continuous flow rate of up to 10 liters per minute (2.64 gallons per minute) and has a speed range of 600 to 3,600 revolutions per minute (rpm). The PV7-10 is compact in size and can be easily integrated into hydraulic systems with limited space.

Moving on to the PV7-17, this pump has a higher maximum operating pressure of 315 bar (4,570 psi) and a maximum displacement of 17 cm³/rev. It can deliver a continuous flow rate of up to 17 liters per minute (4.49 gallons per minute) and has a speed range of 600 to 3,600 rpm, similar to the PV7-10. The PV7-17 offers a larger displacement, making it suitable for applications requiring higher flow rates.

Both pumps feature a swashplate design, which converts the rotational motion of the drive shaft into axial reciprocating motion of the pistons.

This design ensures smooth and consistent oil delivery, reducing vibration and noise. The pumps are also equipped with a pressure compensator, allowing them to maintain a constant pressure regardless of the load or system requirements. This feature is crucial for maintaining system stability and preventing damage to hydraulic components.

In terms of construction, the PV7-10 and PV7-17 pumps have a robust and reliable design. They are built with high-quality materials that can withstand demanding operating conditions and ensure long service life. The pumps have a compact and lightweight design, making them suitable for mobile and space-constrained applications.

Furthermore, these pumps are highly efficient, thanks to their precise engineering and low internal leakage. They minimize energy loss, reducing operating costs and environmental impact. The pumps also have excellent suction characteristics, enabling them to operate efficiently even with low inlet pressures.

The PV7-10 and PV7-17 pumps are compatible with a wide range of hydraulic fluids, including mineral oils, synthetic fluids, and biodegradable options. This versatility makes them adaptable to various industrial sectors, such as manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and more.
