The PZS-3A/4A/5A/6A and PZS-3B/4B/5B/6B pumps are axial piston pumps that operate on the principle of positive displacement.

They consist of a housing with an inlet port and an outlet port, and a rotating group with multiple pistons. The pistons are arranged in an axial direction and are driven by a swash plate mechanism.

One of the key features of these pumps is their wide range of displacement options. The PZS-3A/4A/5A/6A series offers displacement options ranging from 45 cc/rev to 145 cc/rev, while the PZS-3B/4B/5B/6B series provides displacement options ranging from 160 cc/rev to 280 cc/rev. This allows for flexibility in matching the pump to the specific requirements of the application.

These pumps are capable of operating at high pressures, with maximum pressure ratings of up to 350 bar (5075 psi) for the PZS-3A/4A/5A/6A series and up to 420 bar (6091 psi) for the PZS-3B/4B/5B/6B series. This makes them suitable for demanding hydraulic systems that require high pressure capabilities.

The pumps in both series offer excellent efficiency, thanks to their advanced design and high-quality components.

They feature a hydrodynamic plain bearing system that reduces friction losses and ensures smooth operation. Additionally, the swash plate mechanism allows for variable displacement, enabling the pump to adapt to varying flow requirements and optimize energy consumption.
